Cannabis Butter / Oil Infusion
Easy Butter Infusion Recipe
In a medium saucepan bring a quart of water to a boil on the stove. Use a pan large enough to cover the cannabis by two inches..
When the water is boiling add butter, melting completely. I use a pound of butter for every ounce of cannibis.
Add the cannabis to the melted butter water mixture, turn down the heat very low, to barely simmer. Cook for around three to four hours. The mixture will usually be glossy green and thick.
While the cannabutter is cooking set up the strainer covered with cheesecloth. Place a double layer of cheesecloth over the top.
Strain the cannabutter, with the cheesecloth and squeeze out all of the remaining butter.
Allow the cannabutter to cool for about an hour. Place in the fridge until the butter is solid. The THC and other properties are attached to the butter.
Run a knife around the edge and lift the butter off. Your cannabutter is ready. Enjoy! Cannabutter can be frozen or refrigerated for a long shelf life.
1 cup melted cannabis butter or oil
1/2 cup melted unsweetened chocolate or cocoa powder
1 cup honey
2 teaspoons pure vanilla
2 cups unbleached flour
2 teapoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup raisons
1 cup chopped nuts
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Bake in 9" x 13" baking pan for 45 minutes or until done.
Quick Cannabis Oil Recipe
Dry, Chop and Grind Cannabis shake, buds and trim (one ounce of cannabis for every cup of oil)
Place in glass baking dish and bake for 2 hours on 250 degrees
Add carrier oil (coconut oil, grapeseed oil, olive oil, more)
Place back in oven for 2 more hours on 250 degree
Take out of oven and cool
Place cheesecloth in strainer
Pour cannabis oil through strainer, squeezing excess out of cheesecloth
Store in dark, tightly closed container. Use in recipes calling for oil.
Grilled Infused Pork Chops
1/4 cup cannabutter or cannabis oil
1 teaspoon of high quality cannabis herb, dried and crushed
2 tablespoons packed Stevia brown sugar or raw natural brown sugar
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro or 1 drop cilantro essential oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or 1 drop cinnamon bark or cassia essential oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
6 boneless pork chops
Mix all ingredients to create a marinade, add pork chops, seal in plastic bag, refridgerate for 3 to 24 hours. Remove chops and discard marinade. Grill chops over medium heat approx. 12 to 15 minutes till done.
