Please enjoy the following essential oil blend recipes you can easily prepare at home.
Appettite-Stimulating Inhalant
8 drops clary sage oil
6 drops corlander oil
4 drops black pepper oil
3 drops ginger oil
1 drop peppermint oil
Drop into small glass bottle (amber or colored preferred)
Keep airtight. Inhale from container when needed.
Energizing Bath Blends
3 drops rosemary oil
2 drops thyme oil
2 drops melaleuca (tea tree) oil
1 drop peppermint oil
Drop the oils into warm bath and soak for fifteen minutes or more.
Appetite-Stimulating Stomach Rub
1/2 ounce carrier oil (coconut, grapeseed, olive, more)
4 drops basil oil
4 drops orange oil
4 drops thyme oil
3 drops coriander oil
3 drops rosemary oil
Add ingredients to glass container, blending together well.
Massage the mixture around your stomach and abdominal area, as needed.
Therapeutic Body Oil for Fatigue
2 onces carrier oil (coconut, grapeseed, olive, more)
6 drops geranium oil
6 drops lavender oil
3 drops marjoram oil
2 drops coriander oil
2 drops thyme oil
Add ingredients to glass container, gently blending together.
Massage the mixture into your skin daily.
Appetite-Suppressing Inhalant
15 drops bergamot oil
10 drops fennel oil
Drop into small glass bottle (amber or colored preferred)
Keep airtight. Inhale from container when needed.
Stimulating Inhalant for Fatigue
8 drops geranium oil
6 drops basil oil
6 drops coriander oil
4 drops bergamot oil
4 drops rosemary oil
2 drops peppermint oil
Drop into small glass bottle (amber or colored preferred)
Keep airtight. Inhale from container when needed.
Note: Geranium oil can lowers blood sugar levels. Use with caution.

3 drops patchouli oil
Add ingredients to glass container, blending together well.
Massage the mixture around your stomach and abdominal area, as needed.
Cut and Wound Healing Oil
1 ounce carrier oil (coconut, grapeseed, olive, more)
10 drops melaleuca (tea tree) oil
6 drops lavender oil
4 drops cypress oil
3 drops helichrysum oil
2 drops lemon oil
1 drop myrrh oil
Add to glass container and blend. Apply mixture to cleaned cut or wound. Repeat several times daily, as needed.
Arthritis Bath Blend
3 drops lemon oil
2 drops coriander oil
2 drops helichrysum oil
2 drops marjoram oil
Drop oils into a warm bathtub and gently blend.
Enjoy a leisurely soak. Repeat as needed.
Bruise-Diminishing Blend
2 ounces carrier oil (coconut, grapeseed, olive, more)
4 drops marjoram oil
3 drops geranium oil
3 drops helichrysum oil
3 drops lavender oil
2 drops ginger oil
2 drops juniper oil
2 drops thyme oil
Add to glass container and mix gently. Apply to bruised area several times daily.
